One of the key components of IMAJINE is to re-imagine regional futures through a process of participatory scenario-building. Scenario-building helps to reflect on imagined futures; would current policies and strategies to address territorial and spatial justice seem effective in this imagined future? Scenarios can also be used to test new policy ideas, through reflecting more insightfully on the past and the present.
