The IMAJINE researchers from Ud’A presented a paper at the XXXVIII Italian Association of Regional Science (AISRe) Conference in Cagliari, Italy, organized between 20th and 22th of September 2017.
The presentation related to IMAJINE project took part in a session for Consumption, inequality and well-being in the crisis time. The title of the presentation was “Accounting for heterogeneity in the deprivation index: the case of Italy”.
The Conference was scheduled to present a novel application for novel multivariate indicators of disparities in the European Union, particularly in Italy. The audience appreciated the nature of the application and the methodological contribution to the aims of the project. The conference provided feedbacks to the preliminary works of WP3 and promoted activities linked to other Partners. Additionally, during the session as well other sessions of the Conference, many contribute to the field of spatial inequalities were presented and they were strongly linked to WP3.
